英语君似乎在哪里看到过一句话：唯有美食与爱不可辜负。说到美食，你会想到什么？中餐？西餐？还是韩餐，日餐？最先在你脑海中浮现的是哪道菜？本期我们就来说说和美食相关的口语表达。从厨艺开始探讨。

Notes:首先，关于做饭就有很多种表达方式，以上都是做菜/饭的意思。“cook”除了做动词，表示“做菜，烹饪”，还可以做名词，表示“厨师”。那么，问题来了：你会做饭吗？你的厨艺如何？请看例句：
I love cooking, also very handy at cooking.
我喜欢并且非常擅长做饭。
It’s my turn to cook dinner, but I’m a terrible cook. Can you help me prepare dishes?
该我做饭了，但我厨艺很差。你能帮我准备饭菜吗？
短语“handy at”表示“擅长某件事”。厨艺好除了“good/handy at cooking”还可以用“a good cook”等方式表达；类似的，厨艺差可以用“lousy at cooking”“a bad/terrible cook”等表达方式。

Notes:如何说一道菜很好吃或者很难吃呢？相信大家都有在餐馆里吃到美味的和难吃的菜的经历。以上列举了一些意义相反的形容词。其中，“yummy”是非正式用法，比较适合小盆友；savory还有名词意义，指“开胃菜”；flavorless偏向于美式用法。看看例句吧！
