Three-time Olympic champion Sun Yang claimed victory in the men's 200m freestyle at the 18th Asian Games on Sunday, while a technical malfunction resulted in the flags of the three medalists dropping to the ground during the playing of the Chinese national anthem as Sun stood atop the podium.

周日，三次奥运冠军得主孙杨在第18届亚运会上夺得男子200米自由泳冠军，孙杨站在领奖台上等待颁奖，但是由于技术故障，颁奖仪式升国旗过程中，三面国旗掉了下来。

Asian Games是亚运会；men's 200m freestyle是男子200米自由泳。
孙杨随即走下领奖台（podium）和主办方交涉，要求重升国旗、重奏国歌（playing of the Chinese national anthem）。
最后工作人员检查好了旗杆，重新举行升国旗仪式（anthem played a second time）。
孙杨在接受记者采访时，淡化了这一小插曲（play down the incident），表达了他夺得200米自由泳冠军的兴奋之情。
孙杨表示，“刚刚在那边有点激动，从广州到仁川，这枚金牌（gold medal）我等了八年，有很多运动员是没有这么多八年的。我珍惜住了这次机会，圆了200米自由泳亚运会的梦（dream has finally come true），完成了全满贯（Golden Grand Slam）。”随后他走向看台（stand）和父母握手（shake hands with his parents）。
