多么美丽的清晨，大家好吗？欢迎回到Faith口语课堂-天天学，我是Faith老师。喜欢在清晨散散步，做点户外运动，然后就开始一天的工作，现在可是上课时间哦，你来了吗？

首先讲一个词，“spend” 用钱, 花钱，度过，花时间等：

She would rather spend than save. 她有钱宁愿花掉, 也不肯积蓄。

How do you spend your leisure? 你如何消磨空暇时间？

We spent a lot of time on this project. 我们在这个项目上花了不少时间。

下面，我们专门学一个特别专业的表达花时间的句型：It takes somebody …to do something

It took me 10 years to realize my mistake. 我花了10年时间才认识到我的错误。
It will take me half an hour to get to my office on foot. 我步行要花半个小时去公司。
How long will it take you to get to the hospital by taxi? 你坐出租车要花多长时间才能到达这个医院？
It took me 2 days to review this budget proposal. 这个预算报告花了我两天时间才看完。
It takes me all my life to improve my oral English. 我用了整整一生来提高我的英语口语。

你也可以直接用“take”来表示花时间，如：

The flight took 2 hours. 这次航班要两个小时。
The presentation took totally 30 minutes. 这个演示用了整整30分钟。
