Dialogue five:It’s time to leave, Gary get a phone call from his boss suddenly. He is being asked to send some statistics1 and analysis via e-mail immediately.

Gary: Hello! Gary speaking.

Bob: Good evening, Gary!This is Bob.

Gary: Is there anything I can do for you?

Bob: Yes, could you please gather some information about the sales of last month for me? I mean instantly2.

Gary: No problem. I"ll have it ready in 20 minutes.

Bob: Good. Thank you. Sorry to put you back to work.

Gary: It"s nothing, really. I"ll phone you when I have everything done.

Bob: That"s fine. Bye!

贴士:

外企公司的着装要求:.每个外企都有自己的企业文化,这种差异在工作着装上就能体现出来。有些外企对员工的着装比较严格,要求工作时间穿正装,并明确规定服装的颜色、款式,细节部分也不例外。尤其是见客户时,首先要着装整齐:西服,领带,皮鞋等的都有明确要求——黑、灰且袖口的商标一定要剪掉,扣子最好重新钉过;男同事不能穿白色的袜子;衬衫以纯白色为主。男同事要在西服外别上带企业标志的自己的名牌,让客户一目了然。
