Obtain a learner’s permit. 获取实习驾照。
各个材料对应的分值：护照passport和I94出入境记录表，3分；
social security number，社会安全号码，2分（如果没有ssn的话，需要去开具social security number Ineligibility Letter无资格获取社会安全号码的证明信）
student ID card 学生卡和enrollment verification 入学证明 2分
valid major U.S. credit card or debit card 美国主流银行的信用卡或借记卡 1分
health insurance card 医保卡；prescription card 处方卡；pay stub 工资单；U.S. utility bill with your name and address写有你名字和住址的水电费类账单; bank statement银行对账单等 1分
