Moreover, it is the responsibility of the mass media and the school of all levels to awake the general public to the significance of environment protection. Above all, the general public should be made awareness that the sooner we take effective actions, the better our life will be. There are good reasons to believe that as long as all the society, including the authorities, the mass media and the individuals, makes concerted efforts to strive hard, such upsetting phenomenon will ultimately terminated or at least reduced.
