Onthe contrary, he shouted at me rudely and refused to examine it.

I know that your shop enjoys a high reputation of good service, so I boughtthe TV set in your shop. But today, I am sorry to find that such service shouldhave happened in your shop and your assistant didn’t seriously think of theinterests of customers.

In view of this, I have decided to make a formal complaint against yourdelivery service. I sincerely hope that you will replace this computer as soonas possible. If this is not possible, I will have no alternative but to insiston a full refund.

I would appreciate anything you can do to help us in this matter.
