There are a lot of holidays for chinese people, such as National day, May Day, etc. However, chinese people look on spring festival as their most important one of it's also my favorite festival, especially when I was a child, because In those days, I could have a plenty of delicious food to eat, enjoy a very long holiday and wear beautiful clothes. And what is more important is that I could received much new year's gift money. So, everyyear, I expected the spring festival would come soon. After I grew up, it's no longer as important to me as before . For I can have my delicious food and wear my favorite clothes every day. It's like I'm having spring festival every day!

The SpringFestival is my most favorite festival, because it’s time for family the Spring Festival is a new start of a year. It brings me hope andcourage. On Spring Festival, my parents usually take me back to my hometown. Myhometown is a small town. Many of my relatives move to the larger cities, butwe usually go home when the Spring Festival comes. During the gathering, weshare our lives with others and care about each other. Of course, big meals arenecessary. Families prepare for the big meals together. They all cook theirspecialty dishes. Therefore, our meals are always delicious. We often stay athome for three days and then we leave with others’ wishes. I like the SpringFestival, because I like family gathering.
