Fee 主要是指服务性的费用。 这种服务即能以体力的方式提供，又能以向他人提出具有专业性质的建议或忠告等形式提供(payment for service or professionAl advice).如律师、医生、私人教师等所收之费用以及入场费、入会费、挂号费等等均译为fee. Charge 除了可以指服务性费用外，间或也指对货物或具体实物的收费 (for goods)。
